Vanessa Jaich, Neal Shail and the team at AIR Yoga have created a space that leaves the mind free to explore the present. Their range of teachers are great with beginners and experienced enough to challenge those who have being practising yoga for years. Classes are given through out the day and come in many different forms, styles include Mysore, Ashtanga, Jivamukti and Yin Acroyoga.
